Pantanal Escapes

This is a local news segment (in Portuguese), and is a follow-up to Part 1. In this video, the reporter takes a shortcut by boat along the Miranda river to witness the arrival of the cattle at their new home on Fazenda Rio Vermelho.

This video shows the Pantaneiro horse in its element - crossing through the flooded landscape. It also shows the cattle herd being driven across one of the region's many flooded rivers. This is a common occurrence (and necessity) in the aquatic landscape of the Pantanal.
