This video shows the preparation of Caldo de Piranha (spicy piranha soup). The key ingredient is fresh piranha. The fish are briefly cooked in a pressure cooker (10 mins), then liquified in a blender, and passed through a sieve to remove the bones. The broth is made using tomatoes, onions, parsley, coriander, spring onions, salt, pepper, and dedo de moça chilis. The broth is typically served in a small glass - and is said to be especially good for men, giving strength and virility.
